Palanquin Travels acts as an agent on behalf of passengers in arranging airlines, hotels, ground transportation, and related services for the Umrah journey. Palanquin Travels assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss of luggage, accidents, or delays arising from defects in any service provider.

Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 per person is required to confirm registration. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure. Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in forfeiture of your spot without refund of the deposit.

Cancellations: Cancellations more than 60 days before departure will receive a refund of payments made beyond the deposit. Cancellations within 60 days of departure are non-refundable unless the spot is filled. Palanquin Travels reserves the right to cancel a tour due to insufficient enrollment, in which case a full refund will be provided.

Transportation to and from New York airport is not included in this package. Palanquin Travels is not responsible for loss or expenses due to weather, government restrictions, schedule changes, or other causes beyond our control.
